Core Element Summer STEM Camps for 2019 will offer students and teachers the opportunity to grow STEM skills and knowledge and become more aware of career opportunities in a variety of STEM fields including, but not limited to Engineering and Computer Sciences. Participants can expect a fun and busy week which offers “hands-on” STEM learning, team building and critical skills in reasoning and analytical thinking that will offer students important career skills.

All camps are 5 days each and run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Each session has a $350 fee with a $25 non-refundable deposit required at time of registration. Scholarships are needs-based and both partial and full scholarships may be given

This year's camp will have five one-week sessions to choose from:

  1. Jr. STEM Camp- Create your own game by coding, two different robotics, and beginning circuitry Little Bits

  2. Create a Game using Coding

  3. Introduction to LEGO Mindstorm EV3 Robotics

  4. CyberSleuth Cybersecurity

  5. NASA Astro Camp

Because of the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to provide scholarships to students who can demonstrate verifiable financial need.

If you believe that your child can qualify for a need-based scholarship and you can provide documentation such as certification of free/reduced lunch, documentation of social security disability, tax or payroll information, or documentation of governmental support we invite you to apply for financial support for your child.

Please note that support can only be made for one camp per applicant. Partial scholarships will be given to some students who might be able to cover some cost of the camp. Full scholarships are limited. Please be sure to indicate on the application any part of the camp fees you might be able to cover.

Application period opens 02/1/2019 and ends 4/5/19. Final paperwork must be received by 4/26/19 for application review.
